Banana Raisin Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 C. Old fashioned oats
- 1 Ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 C. Raisins
- 3/4 C. Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 C. Water
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat almond milk, water, banana, and raisins to near boiling.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand uncovered 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
